PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the annual estimate of proposed expenditures and revenues of Sanitary District No. 1, Town of Hempstead for the period beginning January 1, 2010 and ending on December 31, 2010 will be held on September 3, 2009 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the offices of Sanitary District No. 1, Bay Boulevard, Lawrence, New York. A copy of the proposed expenditures and revenues will be available for public inspection at the offices of the District between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. commencing August 27, 2009 and up to the date of hearing.
